The short answer
ClearCoat Painting serves The Acreage, about 15 miles southwest of Jupiter in Palm Beach County. We paint large homes inside and out, stain long fence lines and decks, paint outbuildings and pressure wash stains from walls and concrete.
The Acreage is an unincorporated community in Palm Beach County, about 15 miles southwest of our Jupiter base, and it feels different from the coastal towns we serve. Lots are large, homes sit back from the road, and many properties include long fence lines, sheds, barns or workshops and plenty of concrete. There is less salt in the air out here, but the sun, humidity and afternoon storms are every bit as strong. ClearCoat Painting brings the equipment and the patience that bigger properties need, from the main house to the last fence post.
Big lots mean a longer checklist
On a property of this size, painting rarely stops at the house walls. Owners often want the barn or shed to match, the fence line refreshed, the front gate repainted and the driveway cleaned. We like to walk the entire property with you, note what needs attention now and what can wait, and build a plan that tackles the most exposed surfaces first.
Doing everything in one coordinated project keeps colors consistent across buildings and saves you from scheduling separate visits. We also think about access: trailers, livestock, pets, gates and soft ground after rain all affect where we park, stage materials and set ladders, so we sort those details out before the first workday.

Orange and brown stains on walls and concrete
Many homes in this area rely on private wells for irrigation, and water with high iron content can leave orange or brown streaks on stucco, sidewalks and fences wherever sprinklers reach. Ordinary pressure washing does not remove those marks well. They usually need a cleaner made for rust and mineral staining, followed by a thorough rinse.
Before repainting, we remove as much staining as possible and then prime affected areas with a stain-blocking primer so the discoloration does not bleed through the new topcoat. Redirecting sprinkler heads away from the walls helps the fresh finish stay clean longer.
Fences, decks and wood structures
Long runs of wood fencing take a beating from sun and rain. Boards gray, split and grow mildew, especially near the ground where grass and moisture meet the wood. We clean and dry the fence, sand rough areas and apply a penetrating stain that soaks into the grain and resists UV. Solid-color stains are a good option for older boards that have weathered unevenly.
Decks, pergolas and wood siding on outbuildings get the same treatment, while metal gates and posts are cleaned of rust and primed before painting.
The house itself, inside and out
Most homes here are concrete block with stucco. Our exterior process includes washing, mildew treatment, crack repair, caulking and two coats of a finish matched to the exposure, with elastomeric coatings available for cracked or weathered walls. Inside, we paint rooms, high ceilings and trim, refinish cabinets, repair drywall and remove popcorn ceilings. Larger homes often have tall great rooms and stairwells, which we reach safely with the right ladders and staging.
Homes set back among trees and open fields also pick up more pollen, dust and insect debris on their walls than coastal houses do. That film has to come off completely before painting, or the new coat will grip the dirt instead of the stucco. We wash, rinse and let the surface dry fully, which in humid months may mean waiting until the next morning to begin coating. Taking that extra time is what keeps the finish from failing early.
Weather and scheduling
Inland communities heat up quickly, and afternoon thunderstorms are a regular part of May through October. During those months we start exterior work early and protect fresh coatings before rain moves in. November into April is drier and the most dependable time for exterior painting and staining. Hurricane season runs June 1 to November 30, so sealing cracks and protecting wood before summer is a sensible step.
