Palm Beach County House Painting

The short answer

Yes, ClearCoat Painting paints homes throughout Palm Beach County, from Jupiter Inlet Colony and Palm Beach Gardens down to West Palm Beach, Palm Beach and the western communities. Each estimate accounts for the home's exposure, its construction and any association rules before a single wall is painted.

Jupiter is our home base, and Palm Beach County stretches south and west from here across a surprising range of housing. In one week our painters might be on a beachside condo in Juno Beach, a ranch house on acreage in Jupiter Farms or Loxahatchee Groves, a newer build in Westlake, and a mid-century block home in West Palm Beach. The county center is about twenty-nine miles from our shop, and we schedule routes so that crews are not spending half the day in traffic.

Three Kinds of Exposure in One County

It helps to think about Palm Beach County as three bands. The barrier island and beach towns, such as Jupiter Inlet Colony, Juno Beach, Palm Beach Shores and Palm Beach, take the most salt spray and wind-driven rain. The older cities just west of the Intracoastal, like Lake Park, Riviera Beach, Mangonia Park, Cloud Lake, Glen Ridge and Haverhill, have plenty of concrete-block homes with decades of paint layers. Out west, in The Acreage, Westlake, Westgate edges and Loxahatchee Groves, sun and standing moisture near the ground matter more than salt.

We adjust the coating system to the band. A beachfront exterior may call for an elastomeric or high-build product over sealed stucco, while an inland home with sound paint might only need a cleaning, spot priming and two finish coats.

Services Homeowners Ask Us For

Requests across the county vary, but these come up most:

  • Exterior repaints on stucco and block, including hairline crack filling
  • Interior color updates for whole floors or single rooms
  • Cabinet, trim and baseboard refinishing
  • Popcorn ceiling removal followed by a smooth painted finish
  • Pressure washing of roofs, walls, pavers and pool decks
  • Small commercial spaces such as offices and storefronts in Palm Beach Gardens and West Palm Beach

Timing Around Weather

South Florida has no fully dry season. May through October brings heat, humidity and near-daily afternoon thunderstorms, so exterior crews start at first light and wrap the most sensitive coats before the clouds build. November into April is warmer and drier, and that is when many owners book full exterior jobs.

During hurricane season, June 1 through November 30, we keep projects flexible. If a storm threatens, we secure ladders and materials and resume once the property is safe.

HOAs, Condos and Approvals

Gated communities in Palm Beach Gardens, Westlake and similar neighborhoods often require color and contractor approval before exterior work. Condo buildings can also limit work hours, elevator use and where materials may be staged. Tell us about those rules at the first visit and we will build the schedule and paperwork around them.

FAQ

Common questions

Don’t see your question? Call (561) 292-1157 and we’ll talk it through.

Which Palm Beach County communities do you serve?

We serve Jupiter Inlet Colony, Juno Beach, Jupiter Farms, Palm Beach Gardens, Lake Park, Riviera Beach, Palm Beach Shores, Mangonia Park, West Palm Beach, The Acreage, Westgate, Haverhill, Palm Beach, Westlake, Loxahatchee Groves, Cloud Lake and Glen Ridge.

Do beach homes need a different paint?

Often yes. Homes near the ocean benefit from coatings that resist salt, moisture and UV, and from more thorough surface cleaning first.

Can you work inside an occupied condo?

Yes. We cover furniture and floors, keep a clean path through the unit and follow building rules on hours and access.

How long does an exterior repaint take?

It depends on size, repairs and weather. After seeing the home we give you a realistic schedule with room for rain days.

Do you remove mildew before painting?

Yes. Mildew is washed and treated so new paint bonds to a clean surface rather than sealing growth underneath.

Will you handle my association's paperwork?

We supply product data sheets, color names and samples so you can submit the request, and we wait for approval before starting.

Ready to Talk About Your Project?

Tell us what you want painted and a little about the home. We will set up a visit, look at the surfaces and give you a written plan and quote.
